The FSC 2025 General Assembly, held from October 26–31 at the Playa Bonita Hotel in Panama, convened over 700 members, including more than 50 from Africa. Following a week of intense debate and decision-making on motions spanning restoration, remedy, markets, and traceability, members of the African delegation shared their reflections on the process, the outcomes, and the future of sustainable forestry on the continent.
