Through this project, FSC Congo Basin will build SDG capacities before starting to develop IFL-specific indicators. So the Cameroon and the Congolese Draft 0 documents won’t address this motion for now.
Regarding the compliance of FSC National Standards with FLEGT requirements in Cameroon and Republic of Congo, some elements of the FLEGT grids of legality have been incorporated. But a deeper analysis will be done before the end of the process to ensure a full compliance of the new FSC National Standards in Central African FLEGT countries with the VPAs requirements for both countries.
