This is the draft of the South African NRA that has been developed through the collaboration of a Working Group with representatives from the environmental, social, and economic chambers of FSC as well as stakeholder consultation with key experts.
Consultation period: 14 October 2017 – 13 December 2017
Comments due: latest by Wednesday, 13 December 2017
The NRA will be revised subsequent to this consultation with our goal to have the finalapproved NRA active by April 2018. The purpose of this public consultation is to gather information on the functionality,applicability, and effectiveness of this draft National Risk Assessment.
Please help us to make this an appropriate and functional document by providing specific comments in areas where you have concerns or suggestions for improvement.
