The group in question already developed a roadmap for their certification journey, however, neither the group managers nor the members have sufficient knowledge of the existing gaps that the group requires to close to meet the FSC standard requirements and qualify for a group certificate. The gap analysis study shall identify the gaps and recommend suitable actions to be implemented.
