Dr. Subhra Bhattacharjee named Director General of the Forest Stewardship Council International

On behalf of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), the FSC International Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Subhra Bhattacharjee as the new Director General, effective 01 October 2024.

From Monday 30 November to Thursday 3 December 2020, a training session on FSC certification was organized for Forestry Officials and held in the Auditorium of the Ministry of Ministry of Water, Forests, Sea and Environment, in charge of the Climate and Land Use Plans.
